As a result, this reduced blood flow (which then must travel all the way down to your feet) can lead to significant discomfort and foot conditions.

Changes in colour, temperature or unusual sensations in your feet, as well as persistent swelling or discomfort, could all be warning signs of underlying heart issues - which is why being attentive to even minor changes in your feet is crucial.
